Hey! You Up There! Regional Festivals: KidsGotGame

KidsGotGame is a free family festival which serves as the exclamation point for our multifaceted, fun, kid-centered celebration of sports. Like the television show and web site, KidsGotGame features Athletes, Mascots, Performers and Reporters - most of them kids. And it brings together everyone who loves the world of sports in a playful and participatory setting.
Special Highlight: Youth Mascot Olympics
KidsGotGame will feature the culmination of the Best Northern California Mascot competition. The top eight high school and middle school mascots, as determined by our web site users, take part in the HYUT Mascot Olympics. involving wheelbarrow races and obstacle courses. A professional mascot will be on hand to crown the winner.
In addition, there will be dozens of games and activities, including:
• Sports skills stations (kick zone, pitch zone, etc.)
• A 1/4 mile run
• Kickball
• Tug-of-war
• Massively multiplayer egg toss
• Kid Reporter workshops
• Video game tourney
Four hours of entertainment will be featured on the main stage, including a multi-cultural array of talented children and youth, sports demonstrations, kid friendly bands, and appearances by VIP guests from the sports community.
